Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn or unused
With tags
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at support@summerbluegear.com. Returns must be shipped to the following address:

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back without initiating a return request first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom products (e.g., personalized or made-to-order items)
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items
Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery no questions asked. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
