Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Rental Return Shipping
If you’re returning rented linens, please use the prepaid return label provided, or ship to the following address:

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Summer Blue Gear is not responsible for delays after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your shipment is delayed or lost, contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist with a claim if possible.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you find any damage, notify us within 48 hours by emailing support@summerbluegear.com with photos and a description. We'll process a replacement or file a claim.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled and shipped within the United States only.
